All subcontractors are required to provide the following documents prior to performing any work on a The Coeur d’Alene Painting Group job sites:

Requirements

• Form W-9 – REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
• Workers Comp – REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF WASHINGTON & IDAHO
• Certificate of Policy
• Commercial Liability Insurance – REQUIRED BY OUR INSURANCE
• The Coeur d’Alene Painting Company must be listed on Certificate as “Additionally Insured”
• Coeur d’Alene Painting Group 10108 N Atlas Rd Hayden, ID 83835
• Certificate of Liability insurance
• $1,000,000 Each occurrence
• $1,000,000 Personal & adv injury
• $2,000,000 General Aggregate
• $2,000,000 Products/Comp/OP AGG
• All policies must be up-to-date and within the date of the job.
• If the subcontractor does not provide the above policies and documents by the pay date, Coeur d’Alene Painting Group will not be able to process your invoice until all documents are submitted.
• If a policy lapses during the job, the 25% surcharge will apply.

OTHER POLICIES OF THE COEUR D’ALENE PAINTING GROUP:

All subcontractors and their employees, regardless of the weather, must dress and act in a professional manner according to industry standards.

• WORKER ATTIRE IS AT THE DISCRETION OF SUBCONTRACTORS, BUT MUST BE OSHA COMPLIANT
• NO SHIRTS WITH INAPPROPRATED VERBAGE
• NO LOUD MUSIC ON JOBSITES

Any subcontractor or subcontractor’s employees found in non-compliance may be subject to penalties.
